Molmic recommends using only local qualified professional soft furnishing cleaner. For a reputable soft furnishings cleaner in your area please contact the Specialised Cleaning and Restoration Industry Association (SCRIA) on 1800 621 872.

Molmic understands on site dry cleaning or hot water extraction are the two methods appropriate to cleaning upholstery fabric, if your Molmic sofa has a loosecover ensure the covers are not removed for cleaning.

All Molmic product is made to order, and our lead times are subject to workflow demand, fabric availability and other componentry.
At this time, Covid restrictions along with global demands on freight and some raw materials have impacted our general lead-times which may vary from week to week.

Your Molmic Designer or Retailer can advise lead times at placement of your order and updates are provided throughout the journey flow of your order.
